Shrimp300 g
Cottage cheese1 cup
Salt1 to taste
Coriander1 to taste
Onion1 unit(s)
grated cheese50 g

Cook the potatoes with skin and everything for 15 minutes, the water needs to cover them.
Make a well in each of the potatoes with a spoon, being careful not to pierce the sides and bottom.
Saute the chamber with oil, onion and salt, other seasonings to your taste.
Add the whole curd and stir well to mix the shrimp with the curd.
Stuff the potatoes with this cream cheese with shrimp.
Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
Place in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
