- Pepper to taste

- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Tomato Extract1 tablespoon
- In a container add the shrimp, salt, pepper and the squeezed lemon and marinate for 10 minutes.
- In a pan, add the garlic, onion and a tablespoon of butter, mix well until golden, then add the shrimp and coriander, let it cook.
- Then add the cream and tomato paste, mix well, adjust the salt, and it's ready.
