  • Arborio rice2 cup
  • Clean shrimp300 g
  • White Wine200 ml
  • Vegetable bouillon cube1 unit(s)
  • Boiling water1 l
  • Diced Tomatoes1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • grated cheese2 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice0 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Basil to taste
  1. Season the prawns with salt, lemon and a clove of garlic.
  2. In a pan, heat a tablespoon of oil and sauté the shrimp for about 5 minutes. Reserve.
  3. In another pan, heat the remaining oil and sauté the remaining onion and garlic. Then add the rice, stir and add the wine, stirring constantly.
  4. Dissolve the bouillon cubes in water and add to the paste. Keep moving.
  5. Then add the prawns, tomato and basil.
  6. Turn off the pan, then mix in the butter and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Serve immediately
