  • Arboreal rice500 g
  • Vegetable/Shrimp Broth1 l
  • White wine100 ml
  • Butter250 g
  • Shrimp500 g
  • Onion100 g
  • Leek50 g
  • Sicilian lemon to taste
  • Parmesan cheese250 g
  1. Quickly sauté the shrimp in some of the butter, remove and reserve.
  2. In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic.
  3. Add the arboreum rice, then add the wine and let the alcohol evaporate
  4. Add the broth little by little and stir the rice from time to time.
  5. Add a little of the butter and the cheese
  6. When the rice is done, return the shrimp to the pan.
