  • Headless Shrimp500 g
  • Fillet of jellyfish300 g
  • Coconut Milk200 g
  • Onion, tomato, bell pepper slices. to taste
  • Chopped garlic and coriander to taste
  • paprika and black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a pan, place the prawns, the jellyfish fillet, then the sliced vegetables, the chopped garlic and paprika, salt and black pepper.
  2. Finally, add the coconut milk, a little water and the chopped coriander and let it cook for another 10 minutes, always stirring so the coconut milk doesn't curdle.
  3. Serve as you like.
