- Headless Shrimp500 g
- Fillet of jellyfish300 g
- Coconut Milk200 g
- Onion, tomato, bell pepper slices. to taste
- Chopped garlic and coriander to taste
- paprika and black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- In a pan, place the prawns, the jellyfish fillet, then the sliced vegetables, the chopped garlic and paprika, salt and black pepper.
- Finally, add the coconut milk, a little water and the chopped coriander and let it cook for another 10 minutes, always stirring so the coconut milk doesn't curdle.
- Serve as you like.
