  • Shrimp600 g
  • Lemon Juice1 unit(s)
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
  • White sauce609 ml
  • Sour cream300 g
  • Chopped Mozzarella75 g
  • Chopped Ham75 g
  • Sliced Mozzarella150 g
  • Peas1/2 cup
  • Cooked white rice2 cup
  • Straw Potato200 g
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  1. In a pan, heat the butter and olive oil - sauté the prawns already seasoned with salt, pepper and lemon juice and be careful it changes color it's already good it's very fast .
  2. Add the white sauce and cream and mix well.
  3. Place the rest of the ingredients, reserving only the mozzarella in slices and straw potatoes.
  4. Put it on a platter that can go in the oven and the table - cover with the mozzarella and take it to the oven just to melt the cheese.
  5. Remove from the oven, finish with the straw potato and serve next.
