Raw shrimp600 g
Green pepper1 unit(s)
Red pepper1 unit(s)
Yellow pepper1 unit(s)
Onion1 unit(s)
Garlic1 unit(s)
White pepper to taste
Coarse salt to taste
Olive oil200 ml
White wine100 ml

Start by cutting the onion and three cloves of garlic into slices, use half of each pepper and cut the strips.
Wash the prawns and place them in an oven-proof dish.
Place the chopped peppers, onion and garlic cloves on top of the shrimp, drizzle with oil and white wine, add salt and pepper, and mix everything together.
Put the dish in the oven preheated to 180° on the grill function, if you are in a hurry you can put it at 200° but be careful not to burn it, and your starter or snack will be ready, you can accompany it with regular bread or tortillas.
