- Small strawberry2 kg
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Clean shrimp500 g
- Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- crushed garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Chopped Girl's Finger Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Curry1 teaspoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Coconut milk1/2 cup
- Chopped coriander sprig4 unit(s)
- In a large refractory, season the prawns with lemon juice, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, curry, olive oil and set aside.
- Cut a circle in the top of the pumpkin, deep enough to release the lid. Remove the seeds, replace the lid and brush the surface of the pumpkin with oil. Place it on a deep plate and microwave on high power for 13 to 15 minutes.
- Scrape some of the pulp and add to the seasoned shrimp. Mix and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes on high power.

- Place the moranga on a platter, sprinkle the rest of the cilantro and serve with white rice.
