Shrimp500 g
Squash Pumpkin1 unit(s)
Cottage cheese1 unit(s)
Tomato1 unit(s)
Onion1 unit(s)
Coconut milk200 ml
Sour cream1 unit(s)
Cottage cheese1/2 unit(s)
Green smell to taste
Grated cheese100 g
Salt and black pepper to taste

In a pan start frying the prawns! Pick up and book
In the dirty shrimp pan, sauté the onion and tomato and let it cook until it forms a sauce
Add the coconut milk, the cream and the cottage cheese and return with the shrimp season with salt and black pepper and finish with parsley
Bake the pumpkin in the microwave for 2 min or cook in boiling water
