Large Onion

Descasce o camarão. Tempere o filé com sal e pimenta e reserve. Lave as cascas em água corrente para tirar qualquer areia. 

Peel the shrimp. Season the fillet with salt and pepper and set aside. Rinse the shells under running water to remove any sand.

Corte a cebola, alho, cenoura e alho poró em cubos pequenos. 

Cut the onion, garlic, carrot and leek into small cubes.

Numa panela quente, refogue as cascas do camarão no azeite. Quando elas tiverem bem refogadas, adicione o alho, a cebola, a cenoura e o alho poró. Tempere com sal e pimenta  Deixe que eles refoguem até murcharem.

In a hot pan, sauté the shrimp shells in olive oil. When they are well braised, add the garlic, onion, carrot and leek. Tempere with salt and pepper Let them refog until they wither.

Adicione o extrato de tomate e deixe que ele incorpore bastante, em torno de 5 minutos. 

Add the tomato paste and let it incorporate a lot, around 5 minutes.

Adicione a água e sal e deixe cozinhar por 30 minutos em fogo baixo. 

Add water and salt and cook for 30 minutes over low heat.

Desligue o fogo, bata tudo no liquidificador. Coe e retome a parte coada em uma panela, quando tiver pegado temperatura, adicione os camarões e o creme de leite e deixe cozinhar por 15 minutos. Está pronto! 

Turn off the fire, beat everything in the blender. Strain and return the strained part to a pan, when it has reached temperature, add the prawns and the cream and let it cook for 15 minutes. Is ready!
