  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Carrot1/2 unit(s)
  • Leek (white part)1 unit(s)
  • Tomato extract3 tablespoon
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Coriander and chives to taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Water1 cup
  1. Peel the shrimp. Season the fillet with salt and pepper and set aside. Rinse the shells under running water to remove any sand.
  2. Cut the onion, garlic, carrot and leek into small cubes.
  3. In a hot pan, sauté the shrimp shells in olive oil. When they are well braised, add the garlic, onion, carrot and leek. Tempere with salt and pepper Let them refog until they wither.
  4. Add the tomato paste and let it incorporate a lot, around 5 minutes.
  5. Add water and salt and cook for 30 minutes over low heat.
  6. Turn off the fire, beat everything in the blender. Strain and return the strained part to a pan, when it has reached temperature, add the prawns and the cream and let it cook for 15 minutes. Is ready!
