Shrimp in garlic and oil

Lave os camarões com casca, retirando-lhe a cabeça.

Descasque os dentes de alho, cortando-os ao meio.

Frite bem o alho no óleo (bem passado).

Coloque os camarões em uma panela com tampa, polvilhando com um pouco de sal, até ficarem dourados.

Coloque em uma vasilha, despejando sobre o mesmo, o óleo com o alho.

Wash the shrimp with the shell, removing the head.

Peel the garlic cloves, cutting them in half.

Fry the garlic well in the oil (well done).

Place the prawns in a pan with a lid, sprinkling with a little salt, until golden.

Place in a bowl, pouring the oil with the garlic over it.
