  • coconut milk100 ml
  • Cottage cheese02 tablespoon
  • Pink shrimp1/2 kg
  • Butter02 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan100 g
  • Salt to taste
  1. peel potatoes
  2. Cut the potatoes into pieces
  3. Boil potatoes in water
  4. Brown the shrimp in butter
  5. Add coconut milk and cream cheese
  6. Add the peppers in thin strips
  7. Mash the potatoes adding little broth, coconut milk and curd
  8. Finish puree with grated parmesan and salt to taste
  9. In a pan, line the bottom with shrimp and peppers
  10. Cover with mashed potatoes
  11. Finish with some prawns and grated parmesan
  12. If you prefer drier escondidinho, put it in the preheated oven at 200° degrees in the browning / browning function for 10 minutes.
