- coconut milk100 ml
- Cottage cheese02 tablespoon
- Pink shrimp1/2 kg
- Butter02 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan100 g
- Salt to taste
- peel potatoes
- Cut the potatoes into pieces
- Boil potatoes in water
- Brown the shrimp in butter
- Add coconut milk and cream cheese
- Add the peppers in thin strips
- Mash the potatoes adding little broth, coconut milk and curd
- Finish puree with grated parmesan and salt to taste
- In a pan, line the bottom with shrimp and peppers
- Cover with mashed potatoes
- Finish with some prawns and grated parmesan
- If you prefer drier escondidinho, put it in the preheated oven at 200° degrees in the browning / browning function for 10 minutes.
