- Shrimp cleaned and peeled2 kg
- Cachaça200 ml
- Butter50 g
- Olive oil50 ml
- Lime3 unit(s)
- Mustard3 tablespoon
- Honey3 tablespoon
- Chibolette (soak)1 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Clean the shrimp, chives and garlic
- Portion all ingredients next to a large skillet
- Finely chop the chives and garlic, set aside
- 📌 Make a honey and mustard sauce by combining the two ingredients, add a lemon, 3 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt
- Season the shrimp with lemon and garlic
- Heat the skillet well, add butter and oil
- Then come with the shrimp, let it become golden for up to 2 minutes if it is large
- Add the cachaça and carefully lay down the frying pan a little so that it catches a little fire.
- Let it flambe, add salt and black pepper
- Finish with cibolette, serve with honey mustard sauce
