- Clean shrimp (reserve the heads and boil with 1.3 liters of water and strain)500 g
- White beans (soak overnight)200 g
- Squeezed garlic cloves4 unit(s)
- Lemon pepper1 teaspoon
- Vinegar1 dessert spoon
- Bahian seasoning1 teaspoon
- Paprika1 teaspoon
- Chopped Coriander1 unit(s)
- Small chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped Tomato1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Tomato sauce1/2 cup
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Season the shrimp with garlic, salt, Bahian seasoning, lemon pepper and vinegar. seasoning to taste
- Heat the pressure cooker with the water used to cook the shrimp heads, the white beans, a pinch of salt and let it cook for about 5 minutes (after it reaches pressure).
- In another hot pan, add the olive oil, the prawns little by little, turn for a few minutes until they are pink. (Repeat the process until you finish and book)
- In the same pan, add a little more oil, sauté the garlic, onion, paprika, tomato, cilantro and tomato sauce.
- Add some of the water used to cook the beans, let it boil a little, add the cooked white beans, shrimp and finish with coriander.
- Serve with white rice!
