- Tomato Pulp4 tablespoon
- Curry1/2 tablespoon
- Garam masala1 dessert spoon
- Ginger1 coffee spoon

- Coriander and parsley to taste

- In a pan, boil water with a little salt and pepper. Once it reaches the point of cooking the shrimp. After cooked, peeled, reserve the brains and cook the heads and skins a little longer and take them to the blender and grind, then strain, reserving the broth.
- Cut the pineapple lengthwise and carefully remove the pulp, then cut it into small cubes and set aside.
- In a frying pan put the oil, the finely chopped onion, the garlic cloves and the pepper cut into cubes. Let it cool and add the spices.
- Then add the tomato pulp, coconut milk and shrimp and shrimp broth and cubes of pineapple pulp and let it rest for about 5 minutes, use it to rectify the seasonings.
- Served with boiled Indian rice.
