  • Clove Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Red Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Tomato Pulp4 tablespoon
  • Curry1/2 tablespoon
  • Garam masala1 dessert spoon
  • Ginger1 coffee spoon
  • Cardamom6 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Chili pepper to taste
  • Pineapple1 unit(s)
  • Coriander and parsley to taste
  • Water2 l
  • coconut milk to taste
  1. In a pan, boil water with a little salt and pepper. Once it reaches the point of cooking the shrimp. After cooked, peeled, reserve the brains and cook the heads and skins a little longer and take them to the blender and grind, then strain, reserving the broth.
  2. Cut the pineapple lengthwise and carefully remove the pulp, then cut it into small cubes and set aside.
  3. In a frying pan put the oil, the finely chopped onion, the garlic cloves and the pepper cut into cubes. Let it cool and add the spices.
  4. Then add the tomato pulp, coconut milk and shrimp and shrimp broth and cubes of pineapple pulp and let it rest for about 5 minutes, use it to rectify the seasonings.
  5. Served with boiled Indian rice.
