- Cassava, cassava or cassava500 g
- Shrimp500 g
- Butter50 g
- Wheat flour50 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Coconut milk100 ml
- Turmeric and paprika to taste
- Cottage cheese for gratin5 tablespoon
- Parsley and onion to taste
- Cook the cassava in the pressure cooker for 20 to 25 minutes, separate a cup of the cooking water, remove all the fiber and knead well.
- Then comes the process of sautéing the cassava, in a pan put a thread of oil and a tablespoon of butter, add the manioc, flour and mix well until it becomes a cream. Reserve
- In a pan Sauté onion, garlic, tomato, then the shrimp, add the coconut milk, a little parsley and chives and cook for 3 minutes.
- Last step is to put this shrimp sauce in a refractory, cover with the cassava layer and spread the curd on top. With the oven at 180°, bake until browned, approximately 10 minutes. and serve
