  • Fresh shrimp (I used gray)1 kg
  • Crushed garlic cloves3 unit(s)
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Cassava/cassava1 kg
  • Big Onions2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1/2 cup
  • Coconut milk videos2 unit(s)
  • Ready-to-eat tomato sauce sachet1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Green Pepper (optional)1 unit(s)
  • Palm oil2 tablespoon
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chopped coriander to taste
  1. Wash the prawns and season with salt, garlic, pepper and lemon and leave to marinate. (I treated the prawns, removed the shell)
  2. Take a pan with water and cook the cassava in pieces, put some onion rings.
  3. When it's soft, add a coconut milk video. Let cool
  4. Beat the cassava mixed with coconut milk in a blender and set aside.
  5. In another pan, heat the olive oil and place the grated onion and let it brown, add the shrimp and fry.
  6. Add a can of tomato sauce, paprika, cilantro and let it cook for a few minutes.
  7. In the same pan add the prawns, the cassava, beaten in the blender, the other coconut milk video and the palm oil, let it boil and it's ready. Serve hot with white rice and potato chips.
