  • Shrimp fillet500 g
  • Aipim250 g
  • coconut milk200 ml
  • Palm oil4 tablespoon
  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Coriander to taste
  • Chives to taste
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil4 tablespoon
  1. Clean the shrimp. Season with salt, pepper and oil. Reserve.
  2. Cook the cassava until soft. Drain the water and reserve.
  3. Cut all ingredients into cubes and sauté with palm oil until wilted.
  4. Add the prawns. Lower the fire. Maximum 3 min. Until they turn pink.
  5. Take half of the stew, the already cooked cassava and the coconut milk. Blend in a blender until it becomes a pirão.
  6. Add this mixture to the prawns and mix. Chop cilantro and chives. Adjust salt if necessary.
