  • Fresh shrimp1 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Minced and crushed garlic3 unit(s)
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Aipim1 kg
  • Onion slices1 unit(s)
  • grated onion2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil6 tablespoon
  • Coconut milk400 ml
  • Chopped green apple to taste
  • Ready Sauce2 can(s)
  • Chopped green peppers2 unit(s)
  • Palm oil2 tablespoon
  1. Season the shrimp with garlic, salt, pepper and lemon and let it marinate.
  2. Cook the cassava in the pressure cooker with water, sliced onion and bay leaf. When it's soft, add 200 ml of coconut milk and let it cool down to hit the blender
  3. Heat the olive oil and add the grated onion, let it brown
  4. Add the prawns and fry
  5. Add the tomato sauce, green smell, pepper and let it cook for a few minutes.
  6. In the same pan, add the manioc, coconut milk and palm oil.
  7. Let it boil and it's ready
