  • Cottage cheese1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Coconut milk1/2 can(s)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese250 g
  • Salt, Black Pepper to taste
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  1. Clean and season the shrimp with salt, pepper and lemon, let it marinate for about 35 minutes.
  2. In a pan, put the oil and gradually start to fry the shrimp, do not let it fry too much.
  3. Then transfer to a refractory and set aside. In the same pan that you fried the shrimp, place the cream, curd and coconut milk. Mix, it will be liquid!
  4. Place over the shrimp and throw the grated cheese on top, cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven until gratin.
