  • Arborio Rice1 cup
  • Smooth white wine1/2 cup
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Vegetable broth1000 ml
  • Clean shrimp300 g
  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan200 g
  • Parsley and Chives2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a pan add the oil, sauté the diced tomato and the shrimp, add parsley and chives to taste and reserve.
  2. Saute the grated onion and rice in butter.
  3. Add the wine and let it reduce.
  4. Then add the vegetable stock to cover the rice and stir until dry, repeating the process until al dente.
  5. Finally, add the shrimp stew and Parmesan cheese and mix.
