  • Sliced broccoli to taste
  • Sour cream200 ml
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Sliced Mozzarella200 g
  • Wheat3 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  1. Season the shrimp with salt, black pepper, garlic and fry in a drizzle of olive oil. Reserve.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk or fork, add the cream, the wheat, and a pinch of salt. Add the chopped shrimp and broccoli. Pour in a greased dish with butter, cover with the mozzarella and take it to the oven until golden, it's ready!
