  • Pink shrimp500 g
  • Asparagus500 g
  • Peppers to taste
  • Pumpkin500 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  1. cook the pumpkin
  2. clean the shrimp
  3. Cut the white part of the asparagus
  4. Cut the peppers into sticks
  5. In a sautesse, place the oil over high heat, wait for it to heat up, then the shrimp and leave for 3 minutes.
  6. Reserve them, and sauté the asparagus and peppers
  7. After the pumpkin is cooked, hit the blender, return to the pan and add the cream and salt.
