  • Diced Tuna Alfresco Frescatto400 g
  • Roasted Sesame4 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil1 dessert spoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Potatoes2 unit(s)
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Wasabi1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • teriyaki sauce2 tablespoon
  1. Cook the potatoes and once they are soft, remove the skin and mash them with a potato masher or fork. Mix with the butter and wasabi. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Season the cubed tuna with salt, black pepper, sesame oil and olive oil. Dip in sesame seeds and set aside.
  3. In a very hot skillet, put a drizzle of olive oil and quickly sear the tuna on all sides. The idea is to stay raw inside!
  4. Assemble the dish with the tuna, wasabi puree and teriyaki sauce.
