Seared Tuna with Sesame

  • Tuna steak2 unit(s)
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil5 tablespoon
  • Roasted White Sesame25 g
  • Roasted black sesame25 g
  1. Season all sides of the steak with pepper and salt.
  2. Drizzle with half of the olive oil and use your fingers to apply it to all sides of the steak.
  3. Dip the slices in the mixed sesame seeds
  4. Heat a skillet well, and when it is hot, add the remaining olive oil and sear all sides of the steak for approximately 25 seconds each.
  5. Serve the sesame-crusted seared tuna with your favorite sauce like tarê or teriyaki.
