  • Shrimp bouillon cubes2 unit(s)
  • cup of olive oil1/2 cup

  • Lemon for washing seafood0 to taste

  1. After the seafood properly cleaned and washed with lemon juice.
  2. heat a large pan and place the crushed garlic to brown, then sauté the mussels and add the cubed dogfish and add the water. Bring to a boil and add the squid cut into rings and the tomatoes, onions and peppers.
  3. Then add the shrimp broth cubes and adjust the salt. Add cilantro and parsley and the prawns. After that, place the potatoes cut into thick slices and previously cooked.
  4. Finally, place the crayfish on top, cover the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes. Serve with white rice and pirão.
