- Dogfish steaks1 kg

- Red tomato1 unit(s)

- Salt to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Cook white beans and fish broth in a pressure cooker
- In a clay pot, sauté the chopped onion until golden.
- Add the chopped garlic
- Sauté the mussels and add the tomato, garlic and pepper
- Sauté the dogfish steaks, rings and prawns separately and add them to the pan with the mussels.
- Pour the beans cooked in the fish broth into the pan.
- Taste the salt
- Cook for another 15 minutes for the ingredients to incorporate the flavors.
- Finally add the green scent
- Serve in a deep dish
