  • White beans1 kg
  • Shrimp fillet500 g
  • Mussels500 g
  • Squid Rings500 g
  • Dogfish steaks1 kg
  • Medium onion1 unit(s)
  • Red tomato1 unit(s)
  • Green pepper1 unit(s)
  • Garlic stalk1 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic cloves4 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Green smell to taste
  1. Cook white beans and fish broth in a pressure cooker
  2. In a clay pot, sauté the chopped onion until golden.
  3. Add the chopped garlic
  4. Sauté the mussels and add the tomato, garlic and pepper
  5. Sauté the dogfish steaks, rings and prawns separately and add them to the pan with the mussels.
  6. Pour the beans cooked in the fish broth into the pan.
  7. Taste the salt
  8. Cook for another 15 minutes for the ingredients to incorporate the flavors.
  9. Finally add the green scent
  10. Serve in a deep dish
