  • Cleaned and thornless sea bass200 g
  • Cornbread (bakery)1 unit(s)
  • Asparagus50 g
  • Pea pie50 g
  • Paris mushroom50 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Grill the sea bass. I only use salt and pepper to season.
  2. Crumble the cornbread and drizzle with olive oil
  3. The vegetables, in a hot frying pan over high heat, sauté and season with salt and pepper (a new experience with vegetables al dente)
  4. After grilling the sea bass, add a layer of cornbread and place in a hot oven at 220 degrees for 8 minutes until the bread is golden on top.
  5. Finish with a layer of vegetables and centered sea bass. Drizzle with a lot of olive oil and bon appetit
