- Defrosted Scallops400 g
- Olive oil150 ml
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Mini buds or flowers for garnish1 tablespoon
- Flavor the oil with the lemon zest and let it rest.
- Cut the scallops into not too thick slices. Usually each scallop makes 3 slices.
- Arrange the scallop slices on a plate. Mix the juice of 1/4 of the lemon with the oil and mix well. Drizzle the scallops with the lemon oil.
- Season each slice of scallop with salt and garnish the plate with the flowers or shoots.
