  • Defrosted Scallops400 g
  • Olive oil150 ml
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Mini buds or flowers for garnish1 tablespoon
  1. Flavor the oil with the lemon zest and let it rest.
  2. Cut the scallops into not too thick slices. Usually each scallop makes 3 slices.
  3. Arrange the scallop slices on a plate. Mix the juice of 1/4 of the lemon with the oil and mix well. Drizzle the scallops with the lemon oil.
  4. Season each slice of scallop with salt and garnish the plate with the flowers or shoots.
