  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Organic Strawberry100 g
  • Blueberry100 g
  • Raisins80 g
  • Orange juice1 unit(s)
  • Brown sugar1 teaspoon
  • Balsamic Acetate1 tablespoon
  • Salt1/4 teaspoon
  1. Sauce In a small saucepan, place all the ingredients and heat over medium heat.
  2. When it starts to boil, lower it and let it boil, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes (more than that, nutrients are lost).
  3. If you prefer, blend everything in a blender or mash the fruit with a fork. Reserve.
  4. Salmon Season the salmon fillet with salt and black pepper and let it come to room temperature (about 15-20min).
  5. In a nonstick skillet, heat the olive oil.
  6. When it is very hot, lower the heat and place the salmon fillet, with the skin in contact with the skillet, and let it grill for about 3 to 5 minutes (depending on the height and cooking point you prefer).
  7. Cover and do not stir. After this time, turn the other side and let it brown for another 1 min.
  8. Serve the salmon with the sauce on top and the accompaniment of your choice.
