Salmon fillet300 g
Rolled puff pastry300 g
Bunch of Spinach1 unit(s)
Cream cheese150 g
Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil1 teaspoon
Gem1 unit(s)

Sauté the spinach with olive oil, onion and garlic. Book until cool.
Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
Open the puff pastry, make a layer with half the spinach, place the salmon on top of the spinach, cover with cream cheese and finish with the rest of the spinach.
Close the puff pastry and brush with egg yolk.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
