- Butter1 teaspoon
- Honey5 teaspoon
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper
- Sear all sides until golden.
- In a blender, blend the passion fruit with 150ml of water for 15 seconds. Strain and transfer the liquid to a pan
- Over medium heat, add the juice and the rest of the ingredients until the liquid reduces and almost has a honey-like texture.
- Finish by placing it on top of the salmon steak.
