Salmon with passion fruit sauce

  • Passion Fruit2 unit(s)
  • Bay leaf1 unit(s)
  • Worcestershire sauce3 tablespoon
  • Butter1 teaspoon
  • Honey5 teaspoon
  1. Season the salmon with salt and pepper
  2. Sear all sides until golden.
  3. In a blender, blend the passion fruit with 150ml of water for 15 seconds. Strain and transfer the liquid to a pan
  4. Over medium heat, add the juice and the rest of the ingredients until the liquid reduces and almost has a honey-like texture.
  5. Finish by placing it on top of the salmon steak.
