- Salt1 teaspoon
- Start by seasoning the salmon with the minced garlic, salt and pepper.
- While the fish absorbs the seasoning, let's move on to the sauce!
- Blend 2 passion fruit with the water in a blender and sift.
- In the pan, add the sifted content and then the whole pulp of the third passion fruit, sugar and salt.
- On low heat, let it reduce to half of the initial amount.
- Make small incisions in the skin of the fish with the tip of the knife, this will bring crunchiness at the time of preparation.
- In a heated skillet, add the butter and then the salmon fillets, remembering to always start grilling through the skin.
- Flip the steak over, and don't forget to grill the sides too, this will bring out that golden, eye-popping look.
- Once golden, serve with the sauce on top and have a great meal!
