- Smoked Salmon150 g
- Greek yogurt100 ml

- Cream cheese150 g
- Olive oil4 tablespoon

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped Onion1/2 cup
- Dill to taste
- Cut the onion and leek (only the white part) into cubes. Reserve. Cut the salmon into small pieces. Reserve. In a pan put the oil and let it heat up. Add the onion and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Add the grated carrot and mix well. Let it cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Add the sliced salmon and cook for another 15 minutes. Check salt and pepper. Turn off the heat and let cool. With the help of a fork, mash the salmon and add the cream cheese, yogurt and chopped dill. Mix well and put in the fridge for an hour. Line a 25x10x7 cm shape with plastic wrap. Leave a little extra to cover. Then grease with oil and decorate the bottom of the baking dish with sprigs of dill. Cover the bottom and sides with the smoked salmon slices and place the salmon stuffing. Tap the pan lightly to adjust the filling. Top with the smoked salmon slices. Close with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for at least 3 hours. Store in the fridge until serving time.
