Salmon Tartare with Doritos

  • Doritos20 g
  • Tarê20 g
  • Shoyo20 ml
  • Cream Cheese30 g
  • Chives1 dessert spoon
  1. Cut the salmon into cubes
  2. Place in a bowl and add the soy sauce, letting it act for 30 seconds.
  3. Remove the salmon from the soy sauce and reserve in a bowl.
  4. Add the cream cheese.
  5. Add the chopped chives.
  6. In a suitable bowl, spread a thin layer of cream cheese.
  7. Grind the doritos into pediatric pieces to maintain the texture.
  8. Start the assembly with a rim, starting with the salmon on top of the cream cheese layer.
  9. Intersperse the doritos and salmon to the top of the rim.
  10. Unmold and decorate with tarê.
  11. Serve with whole doritos and be happy.
