  • Salmon fillet, clean and skinless400 g
  • Sicilian lemon zest2 unit(s)
  • grated ginger1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Dill (dill) chopped1 tablespoon
  • Pied ciboulette1 tablespoon
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Rice Cracker to taste
  • Endives to taste
  1. Remove the gray part of the salmon, prepare a bowl of ice with a smaller bowl on top, so that the tartare always stays cold. Cut the salmon into very small cubes, mix with all the ingredients.
