  • Salmon200 g
  • Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
  • Tahiti lemon1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil20 ml
  • Onion1 tablespoon
  • Endive1 unit(s)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • mini sprouts to taste
  1. Cut the salmon into small cubes, mix the oil, zest of the 2 types of lemons, chives and salt and pepper to taste. Put it on the endive as in the photo.
  2. Assemble with endive on the bottom as a “canoinha”, tart on top and use mini sprouts for decoration. Finish with lemon zest to taste. Enjoy your food
