  • Skinless Salmon300 g
  • Barbecue sticks4 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Shoyo2 tablespoon
  • Honey1 tablespoon
  • Roasted sesame oil1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Sicilian lemon zest to taste
  • Chopped chives1 tablespoon
  1. Cut the salmon into 2 cm cubes and season with a pinch of salt (little because the sauce is already salty)
  2. Mix the soy sauce, honey and sesame oil
  3. Heat a grill or frying pan with 1 little oil and place the skewers, leave for 1 minute, turn, spread some of the sauce on top and leave for another minute.
  4. Remove, add a little more of the sauce on top and sprinkle with chives and lemon zest.
  5. TIP: if you make it on a small grill, cut the ends of the toothpicks to fit all 4 at once. : Leave the sticks in the water for 10 min before using (this prevents them from burning)
