- Salmon Loin300 g
- Fresh Green Asparagus200 g
- Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
- French chives to taste
- Olive oil, salt, pepper to taste
- aluminum foil to taste
- Preheat the oven to 180 g. Separate a piece of aluminum foil, enough to cover the entire fish and make an envelope.
- As in the photo, place the fresh and clean asparagus, make a "walk". Season with a little salt, pepper. Place the salmon loin on top, season with salt and pepper. Cut 3 slices of the Sicilian lemon and arrange on top of the fish. Place the chives and drizzle with olive oil and, if desired, a little lemon juice. Close the aluminum foil tightly, leaving a little slack for air to circulate inside the envelope. Put it in a mold and put it in the oven.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Remove in the oven. Be careful when opening as it will be very hot. Serve with Rice or a Puree.
