- Cooked Sushi rice2 cup

- Cook the rice with 1 1/2cup of water in low heat for 15 min. This recipe makes 2 poke bowls so all ingredients should sit half in each bowl. Toast the macadamias in low heat until it gets gold/brown and set a side to cool down. Slice the cucumber as thinner as possible and Mix with the soy sauce, sugar, apple vinegar. It should marinate for approximately 15 minutes. In the meantime slice onion and avocado. Add 1 cup of cooked sushi rice in each bowl, Dice the salmon and add on top. Make separated rooms for 1/2 avocado, 40g toasted macadamias, 1/4 onion in each bowl. Drain the cucumber, set in your bowl and add some sesame seeds on top. The miced marinade goes on top of the salmon to taste. Add some wasabi and seaweeds nori on top and it’s done!! Enjoy!!
