- Salmon500 g
- Coriander to taste
- Salt to taste
- Lemon3 unit(s)
- Garlic to taste
- Onion to taste
- Tomato to taste
- Season the salmon with garlic, 2 lemons and salt
- Cut the onion, tomato, and cilantro. Reserve.
- On low heat, put the salmon to brown. Be careful not to fry.
- When it's golden brown, add the juice of a lemon, tomato, onion and chopped cilantro.
- Leave on low heat for a few minutes to get the taste. And it's ready.
