- Sicilian lemon4 unit(s)

- Olive oil1 to taste

- Salt1 to taste

- Oil for frying1 l
- Cut the salmon loin into small cubes, season with salt and oil and reserve in the fridge.
- Chop the girl's finger pepper, coriander, chives and red onion (in strips) and set aside.
- Squeeze the juice from the lemons, add to the cubed salmon, along with the pepper and chopped herbs and the sliced red onion. Leave to marinate in the fridge.
- With the help of a grater, grate the sweet potato and reserve in a pot with water.
- Heat the oil to 180°C. Pat the potatoes dry with a paper towel and fry until golden. Reserve.
- On a plate, serve the iced ceviche with the sweet potato crispy. Enjoy your food!
