  • Cleaned Salmon Fillet400 g
  • Passion Fruit Pulp1/4 cup
  • grated ginger1 tablespoon
  • Rice Vinegar2 teaspoon
  • Honey1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Slice the salmon into strips.
  2. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Arrange the salmon slices on a plate and pour the sauce.
  4. Finish with a little soy sauce and sesame seeds.
