- Cleaned Salmon Fillet400 g
- Passion Fruit Pulp1/4 cup
- grated ginger1 tablespoon
- Rice Vinegar2 teaspoon
- Honey1 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Slice the salmon into strips.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Arrange the salmon slices on a plate and pour the sauce.
- Finish with a little soy sauce and sesame seeds.
