- Sororoca500 g
- Red Onion1 unit(s)
- Orange Pear1 unit(s)
- Lemon2 unit(s)
- Parsley and Chives3 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cut the salmon and the Sororoca into cubes, in a bowl mix with the chopped red onion (brunoise).
- Add the orange and lemon juice, olive oil and salt.
- Finish with chopped parsley and chives, serve chilled.
