- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Clean and shelled shrimp300 g
- Pineapple1/2 unit(s)
- Shoyu3 tablespoon
- Parsley to taste

- Arugula1/3 unit(s)
- Natural yogurt1/2 cup
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Cucumber1/2 cup
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a frying pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and a spoon of butter, and quickly sear the shrimp (cleaned, peeled and seasoned with salt, pepper and lemon). Reserve.
- In the same skillet, add a little more oil and sauté the minced garlic. Add the pineapple cut into cubes, add the soy sauce and let it caramelize slightly. Add the prawns, and stir to incorporate the flavors. reserve.
- Sauce: In a bowl, combine natural yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir well until you get a uniform sauce.
- Wash and dry the leaves well. In a salad bowl, add the leaves, the shrimp with pineapple and add a part of the sauce. Gently mix and serve!
