Saint Peter with Spinach Cream

Inicie preparando os filets de Saint Peter 
Tempere com sal e alho a gosto 
Bata os 2 ovos e coloque a farinha de rosca em um recipiente 
Empane os filets e frite-os
Em seguida, distribua-os em um refratário 
Reserve 

Creme 
Derreta a manteiga em fogo médio, refogue a cebola, polvilhe a farinha, acrescente sal a gosto, a noz moscada e misture. 
Coloque o leite e mexa até engrossar
Desligue o fogo e acrescente o espinafre 

Despeje o creme em cima dos filets e salpique com parmesão a gosto! Leve ao forno para gratinar e sirva!
